To the Power and Light District, billed as the Mid-West's premier entertainment epicentre. In the centre is Kansas City Live!, which houses a large, partially-enclosed courtyard and concert venue. On a quiet, chilly and breezy Saturday afternoon, the area looked and sounded eerily subdued, with only a handful of hardy souls watching a live game on the giant plasma screen. One can only imagine that come Saturday evening, the district will be alive with late night revellers, chilling out until the early hours.
