Scenes from the Underground

How often do you find the London Underground nearly empty of commuters and travellers? It is almost surreal to witness this amount of empty space in a heaving metropolis.

on the City to Waterloo line
An empty passageway linking the Bank station
to the other underground networks
The musician has left the building
One of the marble lions,
usually hidden behind masses of commuters
